Temp-Chex with Red Spirit monitors temperatures between -90 °C and 50 °C and comes calibrated and with a NIST-traceable certificate to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. It is mercury free and enclosed in a plastic case to protect the thermometer and contain the contents if broken, making it environmentally safe.
